2. Independent Contractor Relationships
WellDepthData.com operates as an independent informational portal and referral network. We do not perform physical drilling services. Any contract for well drilling, pump installation, or water filtration entered into between you and a contractor is strictly between those parties.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WellDepthData.com or its contributors be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from drilling operations, dry holes, or geological variance on private property.
